MAKING YOUR OWN MONEY
----- Shae Rooke
This project took issue with the central role that money can take in the realization of artistic projects. Whether through the money required to pay for studio rental, buy equipment, art materials or the time spent sustaining an art practice. The workshop invited artists to craft their own money with paper and pens whilst discussing alternative economies, cash free societies and bartering systems.
